This Privacy Policy describes how KEYMATIC, INC. (“KEYMATIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as Inkeymatic, collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information of individuals who visit our websites, contact us, or use our Global Business Services Platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy is intended for a United States audience and is designed to address applicable U.S. federal and state privacy requirements, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), and similar state privacy laws.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with our websites and Services. It does not apply to information collected by third parties through their own websites or services, even if linked from ours. If you are an employee, contractor, or job applicant of KEYMATIC, INC., a separate notice may apply to that relationship.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers, such as name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address, and online identifiers.
• Commercial information, such as products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, and inquiry or transaction history.
• Professional or employment-related information, such as company name, job title, and business contact details.
• Internet or other electronic network activity, such as browsing history on our sites, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our emails or forms.
• Geolocation data, such as approximate location derived from IP address.
• Inferences, such as preferences or interest in particular Services drawn from your interactions with us.
• Audio, electronic, or similar information, such as content of emails, form submissions, or support communications you send to us.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (as defined under the CCPA) for the purpose of inferring characteristics about consumers, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law.

3. Sources of personal information

We collect personal information from:

• You, when you submit forms, email us, request Services, or otherwise communicate with us.
• Your devices and browsers, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you visit our websites.
• Business customers and partners, when they provide information needed to deliver requested Services.
• Service providers and publicly available sources, where permitted by law, to help us operate, secure, and improve our business.

4. How we use personal information

We use personal information for business and commercial purposes, including to:

• Business partners and vendors involved in delivering marketing, software, ecommerce, travel, or other Services you request.

• Authorities and other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Corporate transaction parties, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have disclosed the categories of personal information listed in Section 2 for the business purposes described in this Policy.

6. Sale and sharing of personal information

Under the CCPA, “sale” and “sharing” have specific meanings and may include certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

KEYMATIC, INC. does not sell personal information for money. We may use advertising or analytics technologies that could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. If we engage in such activity, California residents may opt out as described in Section 9.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences, understand traffic and engagement, and support security. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality.

Where required, we honor applicable opt-out preference signals for sale/sharing, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), for the browser or device that sends the signal.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, the context of collection, and legal obligations.

9. Your privacy rights (U.S. state laws)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right to know / access — request details about the personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it.
• Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — opt out of the sale of personal information or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — where applicable under California law.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

These rights may be subject to verification requirements and legal exceptions. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including, without limitation, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other applicable states) may exercise rights available under those laws.

How to submit a request: Email us at support@inkeymatic.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” and include your name, the email address associated with your interactions with us, your state of residence, and the type of request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent’s authority and your identity.

We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal by replying to our decision email with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

10. California “Shine the Light”

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact support@inkeymatic.com.

11. Children’s privacy

Our Services are directed to businesses and adults and are not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable law.

12. Security

KEYMATIC, INC. maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to DNT signals, our websites do not currently respond to DNT browser settings. We do respond to legally required opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable, as described above.

14. Third-party links

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
